§ 3-8. Keeping and displaying of animals.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person in the town to exhibit, keep, or display pets, animals, birds of [or] fowl of any kind, in show windows for a period longer than six hours per day.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person in the town to exhibit, keep, or display pets, animals, birds or fowl of any kind in a manner without shading to keep such animals from the sun and providing adequate food, water, and ventilation for their use.
