§ 3-20. Condition of animal pens.

(a)

All pet owners within the town limits shall maintain clean and sanitary animal pens or living quarters. If an owner is warned by the animal control officer as to the unsanitary condition of his animal pen and does not comply within 24 hours by having the pen properly cleaned then such owner shall be in violation of the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

If the owner fails to provide adequate and sanitary conditions for his pets then such animals shall be removed and taken into custody by the animal control officer.
