§ 13-19. Injury to flowers, shrubs, fences, grass plots, etc.

  • No person shall willfully and without authority cut, pull, pluck, or otherwise injure any flowers, flowering plants, shrubs, or trees growing in or around any public or private grounds or otherwise injure or destroy any gate, fence, bench, seat, bridge, building or other structures or property on public property. No person shall walk or injure any grass plots planted by the town where prohibitory signs are posted.
