§ 13-12. Discharging firearms.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge, fire, or explode any handgun, rifle, shotgun, or other form of firearms, in the town limits; provide, however, that this section shall not be construed to regulate the protection of oneself from immediate dangers to life and limb.
